Appointments

Office visits are arranged by appointment only.

The office telephone number is 312-649-6562. You may call the office Monday through Friday 9.00 am to 4.30 pm to schedule an appointment.

Regular office visits are scheduled for Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9.00 am to 12 noon and 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm. However, patients do not become ill on schedule, operations may take longer than anticipated, emergencies do occur, and a delay may result. A sincere attempt is made to adhere to the appointment schedule.

Try to call for an appointment at least two weeks in advance. This should enable us to schedule an appointment time convenient for you.

Please do not ask that other members of the family be examined at the time of your appointment. This would interfere with the schedule of other patients.

If you cannot keep an appointment, at least 24 hours notice would be appreciated.
